9. Heated Rivalry (Season 1)

I went into this thinking it would just be "haha look it's gay sex with sports thrown in that's the whole conceit of the show" but it turned into one of the most emotionally mature and deep romance stories put to screen.

Episode 5 deadass made me tear up, man.

8. Hytale (Early Access)

This game is perfectly acceptable for an early access title when you don't have someone whispering in your ear about how the art style sucks.

7. Wake Up Dead Man

I think Rian Johnson might be becoming my new favorite filmmaker.

6. Sherlock Holmes (2009) [R]

Giving Guy Ritchie the keys to a Sherlock Holmes movie and casting RDJ should not have worked out but here we are I guess.

5. Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor Adventures - Ravagers

God it's so nice having Eccleston back in the role. You can tell he's having fun with it.

4. Crusher Joe (1983)

Dude they didn't have to go this fucking hard, what the hell?

3. Andor (Season 1)

Probably some of the best Star Wars media we've ever gotten. Damn good, and regrettably relevant messaging.
January 17, 2026 at 9:38 AM
2. Forza Horizon 2

Pair this map with the structure of 4&5 and this'd be an all timer. As it stands, it's a repetitive mess.

1. Frankenstein (2025)

They had to cover Oscar Isaac's cock up because people would have called it the real Frankenstein's Monster.

Fully anticipating a replay of Mario Galaxy 1&2 and Mario Kart Wii when RA releases Wii support in March. Might also be a good excuse to play more Kirby too.

287. The War Between the Land and the Sea

The Disney+ era of Doctor Who ends in yet another total mess of confused politics and ramifications for the main show's canon that they clearly didn't think through.

Whatever man. Sack RTD, etc, etc.

286. Communion (1989)

This is just a high budget Neil Breen movie.
December 21, 2025 at 8:22 PM
285. Predator (1987)

Guy who's only ever seen Jurassic Park 3: "Getting a lot of Jurassic Park 3 vibes from this."
December 20, 2025 at 8:14 PM
284. Glass Onion [R]

I think the first one holds up better on a rewatch. Still a great time though.
December 20, 2025 at 8:12 PM
283. Knives Out [R]

I somehow forgot how it pans out since the last time I watched so I got to be surprised a second time.

280, 281, 282.

Gravity, Juror #2, Caught Stealing

Been out of the country for the last week or so and ended up watching these. I'll probably put up individual thoughts on Letterboxd at some point soon.

279. Christmas with the Kranks

This is the most Republican movie I've ever seen.
November 25, 2025 at 7:35 AM
278. Austin Powers in Goldmember

Definitely starting to show the cracks here. The best bits are recycled jokes from the previous movie or the cameos.

Absolutely nothing about this movie has aged horribly I swear.
November 23, 2025 at 8:55 AM
277. Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me [R]

Generally less good than the first movie but there are certain jokes that land way harder.

276. Kingdom Hearts Real Time Fandub

And I'm Yuffie.

275. Dispatch

This definitely feels more like an 'interactive TV show' than a Telltale game would have - most of your choices and relationships don't really matter and how well you play doesn't tie into the story much.

I enjoy the character work a lot though, even if some of it is.. creepy.

274. J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit (Maple Films Edit)

Kinda just proves this could have been two movies without any real issues. Flows really well, even if it is a shame we had to cut all of Christopher Lee and Sylvester McCoy's scenes.
