I'd completely blotted that song from my memory. So, no thanks at all for reminding me.

I'm with Cora here. I like the song, I love the irony of using label-driven bubblegum pop to sing about overcorporatization. And it's catchy.

I didn't even know they made sausage ... stores here don't carry it, I guess for good reason.

Maybe try Field Roast instead?

Yeah, I don't understand that. If there's a 50% chance the study is just lies, why would you allow it to take up space in your brain? Why would you let it influence you?

Now, if they had worked with an independent research team at your institution, I'd have to take the results seriously. But as it is? No.

For example, they put a ton of statistical work into coming up with comparable human drivers. This is both exactly the kind of thing competent researchers would do -- and the kind of thing that anyone trying to stack the deck would do. There's no way to tell.

Not really. The problem with a study published by Waymo researchers is that their professional ability to cook the books is far stronger than mine to decipher the data. And they have a huge incentive to do so. Since I can't tell if they're lying or not, I just have to ignore it.

Sorry, I was referring to the original article in the opinion piece.

Sounds like a migraine, and I'd talk to a medical specialist.

After that, you generally go on an exploratory journey to find out what combination of treatments helps your migraines, because it's different for almost everyone.
