Of the 15 winters with <= 4" of snow depth on Jan 15, only a couple of them managed to bounce back to above average levels. Not inspiring, though perhaps a pretty good chance of at least increasing the snow pack a bit in Feb. @climatologist49.bsky.social @alaskawx.bsky.social
