Ren taking a sippy for a tampered with megapotion and giving a hurk as the transformation imemdiately pushes a small snout into existance, bursts their boots and starts pushing out a tail. the seikret traits quickly taking over bursting and tearing up clothing, looking back at the tail with disgruntled expression. www.stopthebleed.org offers free training classes. Online learning and hands-on training.

On a personal note, both are good, but for carrying in a pocket the SOF-T folds a little smaller than the CAT tourniquet. They're slightly different, so just train with whichever you carry.

More than likely you'll use trauma/bleed control more than you will a firearm. And if you carry/shoot firearms, train and carry a trauma kit, cause things happens outside self defense scenarios. Guns jam and mess up and casings fly, so even at the range you should have a bleed kit. Just be smart.

Take training on how to apply a tourniquet, how to pack a wound, how to apply chest seals, and how to safely respond to trauma situations. Also don't buy tourniquets from Amazon, go through a medical dealer. And check CoTCCC for what's a good tourniquet (CAT, SOF-T, SAM, etc.).

Reminder: with the coming presidency, especially if you're queer/trans, keep yourself and your friends safe. Build a network, stay in communication, and if you plan to arm yourself, make sure you know your local/state rules and practice safety. And most importantly, take a Stop the Bleed class.
