The "hostile resistance" is stuff like Minnesota not allowing the feds to commandeer public parking lots for ICE to stage operations. Not sure how that justifies disarming and executing a VA nurse.

It’s too cold in NY even for penguins. The Long Island Aquarium brought 20 penguins indoors due to frigid temperatures. South African black-footed penguins prefer milder weather, so when temperatures drop below 30 degrees, they’re moved inside. (ABC News)
