One year into the Trump-Vance administration, we know that people and communities are hurting. But We, the People have more power than the White House wants you to believe.

So we’re setting the record straight.

I extend my deepest sympathies, prayers, and righteous anger to the loved ones of Renee Good, a 37 year old mother and American citizen killed by ICE. We should never normalize what is happening. We must do all we can to resist tyranny and hate — and to demand accountability.

5 yrs later, we're suing to block attempts to consolidate sensitive personal data into a massive gov database used to purge voter rolls.

This admin is scared of the people's power. We'll keep defending it in court.

We’re investigating the role of oil companies in the U.S. government's operations in Venezuela.

President Trump admitted to notifying Big Oil — not Congress — before capturing President Maduro. The public must know what influence private companies have over major geopolitical actions.
Reporter: Did you speak with the oil companies before the operation? Did you tip them off?

Trump: Before and after. They want to go in and they’re going to do a great job.

Today, as I spoke before members of Congress on the J6 insurrection’s impact on our democracy, people formerly prosecuted — and then pardoned by President Trump — marched outside.

Our democracy is in peril – but there is a path forward.

President Trump is losing both in court and in the court of public opinion because his policies hurt Americans.

We will continue to see him in court as he harms Americans.

Let me be clear: none of this is about immigration, it’s about cruelty and the targeting of people in vulnerable circumstances.

To strip our clients of their rights and threaten them with deportation is a gross violation of the law and public trust.
