The death spiral regarding the SA Air Force & SA Navy's capabilities is even more severe than the video's numbers made clear: A healthy number of annual flying hours for the SAAF's size is around 50 000, and as recently as 2010-2013 it was flying about 40 000 a year. That's dropped to +- 6500 since.
