Update: I’ve repaired it twice now. Last time, it was so close to being finished before I found a hairline crack in it.
I’ve fixed it, and polishing it again- hopefully just one more time. Fi gets crossed… #fusedglass #glassart

The final piece that I’ll be selling this summer.
This was the first panel I created of the five, and it might be my favorite piece I’ve ever made. It was as an experiment to use up scrap glass left over from the large installation panels.

I have come to love creating white-on-white pieces. With such a minimal palette, their subtle color shifts and changes in opacity become more apparent.

The second Limerent Object I’ll be selling later this summer.
In Limerence, yellow triangles represent hope. Making these helped me through some difficult times, and have become a sort of meditative practice. They are my version of prayers for protection & peace. #glassart #fusedglass #oaklandart

It actually looks nicer in person than the photos. The black almost looks grey in every photo I’ve seen, but the matte and shiny surfaces play nicely with each other.

Did a little test of video projection onto one of my glass panels in the studio last night. The video is meant for the big 25-panel installation piece, but it worked surprisingly well on this single panel. #fusedglass #installationart
