It is my belief that if a parent becomes incarcerated, their spouse and children should have influence over the parent's incarceration.
If a kid says they love their dad, the dad should not go to prison. Community service. House arrest. Literally anything but taking a kid's parent away.

I think realistic progress towards a work week of the future is working 4-10's and then eventually going to 4-9's to 4-8's while increasing hourly pay to offset reduction in hours.

I was one of those 15% of kids and my friends and I didn't even have internet.
It was pretty vanilla so not very traumatizing but it did affect me.

Like a summer or two ago, there was a consistent deal where you could get a quarter pounder combo for $5.
Nothing has come close to that kind of value since and it's left a really sour taste in my mouth.
