The GameTank is a project to build an open source console (done) and an ecosystem around it (in progress)

The console itself is implemented as a homebrew 6502-based hobby computer that follows the ergonomic conventions of an 8-bit era console.

i.e. cartridges, custom gamepads, analog AV output

Last night's debugging got a bit spaghetti
A game cartridge PCB with yellow wires soldered to the legs of one of its chips. The wires are not well organized. Text on the cartridge says "2MB Flash Cartridge v2" and "Clyde Shaffer August 2024"

Been tweaking this boss all week, finally have him in what feels like a good difficulty balance where everything is ultimately dodge-able. Should probably expose it to more playtesters though!
