It does, but hey at least they tried breaking from their formula. Also ever since their budget (or lack thereof) leaked, I’ve had a lot more sympathy for Gamefreak and what they produce.

Don’t get me wrong, I understand 99% of them exist just to advertise the manga/ln. But at least give us *something* to keep us going for the 4 years it’ll take for anything meaningful to happen in the source material.
