I have tried so hard to “do the right thing” wrt dumping Adobe products, but it is absolutely torpedoing my workflow. Particularly on iOS. Between LR for organising and the fluidity of the Apple Pencil for editing, I can’t find a substitute.

Upshot the first: I found the song after listening to hundreds of 70s and 80s Japanese funk and disco songs. (It was Kanpoo by Yumi Murata off her 1983 album Drywindasian)

Had a song stuck in my head I hadn’t heard for two years. Didn’t know the name, didn’t remember the artist or lyrics. So what do I do? Listen to almost the entire genre of course.

Only the seat here is really a migrant, but the birds are great to see out and about too. The white fluffball is an owlet nightjar, Australia’s smallest nocturnal bird and often quite hard to spot as they spend the daytime roosting in hollows.
