Having lived in El Salvador and having had been married to a Salvadoran for 20 years, I know the Government of El Salvador would return Abrego Garcia if Trump demanded it. Trump won't because either 1) he's been exterminated or 2) his return would bring a witness to atrocities back to the USA.
