Sadly, Texas has already started its own DOGE. They'll probably create legislation to mandate pay like this for charter school superintendents to help garner legislative support for "school choice." There's no support for it among actual living, breathing, Texans, red or blue.

Sorry I’m late on this! I ended up installing myself (and it actually works!) So I’m good on this but very happy for a good plumber referral for future needs. Our past excellent plumber has been purchased by a big outfit and quickly, uh, flushed their formerly great service & pricing.

Gave name & photo of installer. Today, got msg from different person coming. Name of company given cannot be found online. Chat w/Angi rep said original person still designated & to not allow another person to do work. /more
