Well John Carpenter was bang on in 88. He even had a line near the end that the takeover would be complete by 2025.
Sadly accurate and even more of “Them” now IRL

Nothing wrong other than a thriller with no thrills.
As a character study of a woman trying to escape prostitution, it seems more interesting.

Nothing wrong other than a thriller with no thrills.
As a character study of a woman trying to escape prostitution, it seems more interesting.

This. I’ve been trying to find concrete reasons to say yea China isn’t great but at this stage of history the US is worse. Yet friends and family of mine still don’t blink about going to the States…I won’t even take a flight if it lays over in the US.
