I've read The Parable of the Talents and most of The Parable of the Sower. My old boss told me about them.
The Handmaid's Tale is a good book. But did you know that there's a book written by a Black woman about a post-apocalyptic Earth heavily affected by climate change and societal decline. The book was published in 1993, but is set in 2024 following a presidential election 👀 #BookSky #BlackBookSky

I do not accept the status quo.
What I accepted was the absolute understanding of the amount of stupid people.

We feel this doom because we are awake, at least partially awake. The more we wake up, the worse we feel. It’s so tempting to fall back to sleep.
