And, I hate to confess that we live in London ON, where the bike infrastructure is, well, pathetic. It consists of numerous unconnected bike lane "stubs" that go nowhere. Our local Loblaws doesn't have on bike rack. It's all about mindset. And the mindset here is all about cars.

I am happy to announce that I was a several-time user in 2025 as a senior citizen visitor to the city. And even my reluctant spouse also got engaged in using the BIXI bikes! We had a blast!

There's a lot of double-negatives here, but I finally understood that this is good news! Stop gerrymandering!

I worked in the most capitalist business ever... money management. I became very jaded over time. It was all a game. The stock market is like Vegas. Some win; some lose. It's a zero sum game. And staff were rewarded for what?! Snr staff paid well; jr staff underpaid. I hated the business at the end.

I worked for an auditing firm....I wasn't allowed to trade in stocks of clients. Then I worked for an investment firm and I wasn't allowed to invest in stocks that our portfolio managers were trading in. It's not a hard or high bar.

Only corrupt people rebel at these reasonable standards.
