Exactly, like people are afraid to experiment because it might cost them the rank points and the short term loss as opposed to the long term growth. And that's before even considering online and lag being a factor making reactive playstyles less of a thing (my struggle with netplay orz).

Now I read in the discord that people are just leaving the lobbies when they see bots in there and don't get penalized for it. I don't get the point of this mode.

Like I assume you can't buffer shit out of block at all. I be trying to input dial-a-combos or specials as punishes and just get button half the time. Even in training mode the game doesn't always show my inputs correctly in those situations.
