Mainly known for KOF but I've really been messing around with a bunch of other gamaz lately. Mostly Project Justice atm.

Life sucks rn. Decided to delete FB though because I think the internalized comparisons and performative stuff was actually really rubbing me the wrong way on there.

CotW's netcode is kinda wack now that I actually get the feel of the game more. It reminds me of 15's where for some reason at like 50~60ms you still get 3-5f of rollback constantly.
In 15 I'd add delay to make it match console but even then 100ms was borderline unplayable.

Slowly playing fightmanz again because I feel like they're something I invested so much emotion into I don't think I'll feel "healed" until I can overcome the mental hurdle I've had.
Kinda getting there oddly. Just need to make myself stop early when overwhelmed and not worry about what others say.

Thing I realized about myself: I love competing when it's more about improvement than status. I always hated feeling like I'm constantly being judged, so stuff like ranked modes in games irk me. Tournaments are a bit different so they don't bug me as much.

This competitive mode in Crossworlds is pretty trash. There are so many bots in the lobbies that it completely fucks up point distribution. Get races where 8/12 of the racers are bots so getting 4th is like getting 12th and you lose a ton of points, but you also get nothing for winning.

I got all the S ranks in time trials on Thanksgiving, whoever made the Bikini Bottom track is evil.

Classic MK are those games I understand the theory of but when I actually play them they make no fucking sense to my FG player brain.
Doesn't help I don't understand this game's hitboxes or input buffer system at all. Had no problem as a kid, so weird.
