I was just discussing this with someone recently! It's such an interesting question, although maybe the ability to stroke one's chin thoughtfully while contemplating this is answer enough.

I was tempted to trying buying it anyway just to see what happened but I couldn't be bothered with drama at the self checkout so I bought something else.

I think I remember that. And I remember having a Saturday late afternoon delivery from a driver who said to me that he had to work on his time off because it was the only way to catch up.

I know Aramex have a well deserved reputation as NZ's worst courier service, but my local driver is prompt, polite, friendly, and takes good care to get my parcels into the secure section of my mailbox rather than just biffing them into the yard.

My mailbox received a stern pamphlet entitled "The Truth About DRUGS" but I've gotta say the truth about alcohol is that I have never in my life used the word "brewskis" for it 😂 And they don't have P listed for methamphetamine. I don't think they know their NZ audience too well!

I do have plenty of ND friends (you're right, we tend to find each other) but this is the first time I've encountered somebody with my exact flavour of whatever it is. It has actually rocked my world a bit because it's an experience I didn't even know I'd never had before.

This was all prompted by me meeting someone who provided the easiest and most natural, effortless communication experience I've ever had. I didn't even know it was possible to be mutually understood without translation. Now I do, and it's making me think!
