Some years ago, @danpathfinder.bsky.social gave me some young pines he'd grown from seed taken from Ireland's sole known indigenous population in Co. Clare. One is now producing cones itself.

After 1,000s of years, native pine is back on the Beara Peninsula, West Cork! 🌍
