Could also be frontal lobe demential. Patient loses filters, so lots of inappropriate behaviour. There is a long list of symptoms, which fit quite well.

Your point it well taken on the "mineral" terminology, but most people don;t really know what an element is, but may know what a mineral is. So it is basically useful government propaganda.

Copper is always in the critical "minerals" lists. Just not as sexy because mining companies have always been looking for copper.
