All of Trump’s talk about being called Daddy reminded me of Clifton Chenier singing “You used to call me Daddy, Daddy oh Daddy, but now you don’t call me anymore.” I can hear him now. I’m surprised he doesn’t release it as a single.

Wouldn’t an infinite deal like Trump announced violate the rule against perpetuities? I never understood that stuff which is why I never mastered the art of the deal.

As promised, here is a devastating new report on Minnesota—and a coming war.
As Trump Regime Readies a Military Invasion of Minnesota, New Evidence Confirms Renee Good Was Executed
This update on the situation in Minnesota holds at least a dozen revelations about what’s happening there that—individually—would each qualify as a sign of the imminent collapse of American democracy.

My favorite sport, professional darts is now playing in Saudi Arabia. I think of the murder of Jamāl Khāshqujī, of the 347 executions last year, the lack of LBGTQ rights, discrimination against women.

And then I think about darts normalizing this. I will not watch.

How about a fully disclosed competency exam admitted by a neutral doctor? I had them after an injury and stroke and would love to compare the results.

Things we learned fron Trump today. Apparently he thinks Maduro was jealous over his dancing. Protesters are ugly but the soldiers in DC are beautiful. “I’m the king”!because he sells Boeings. And we are going to keep the oil at taxpayer expense.

From @theathletic.com: Luke Littler is just 18 and has been described as “arguably the greatest athlete in the world right now.” The British teenager's achievements in the darts world have drawn comparisons to Pele and Serena Williams.

Big Oil spent nearly $100M to get Trump elected in 2024.

Now Trump is returning the favor, giving them advance notice of his Venezuela attack and sending their stocks skyrocketing by promising them control of the country's oil reserves.

This is what oligarchy looks like.

So now we have a president with dementia talking about war in Greenland. The Donroe doctrine with theft of Venezuela’s resources and Cuba on the horizon. Mexico and other countries in our sight. And he is still crying about the peace prize.
