Federal attorneys who make assertions to courts that are unfounded in law or blatantly deny the rule of law are subject to sanctions under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Courts should apply the rule ruthlessly to uphold the rule of law if Trump keeps going Nazi.

Just rediscovered this recollection my mother (b. 1922 d. 2020), who grew up under Nazi’s in Potsdam, Germany, wrote about those awful times. This is the model Trump and his thugs are rolling out, make no mistake.
