Today at #Norths old timers day, we're still missing our uso Jerry Collins 10 years on.

He wasn't just a stalwart of club, province and country.

When the National Government says councils need to "do the basics and do them brilliantly" on things like pipes and roads, you have to follow through and pay your fair share.

Talk is cheap: You can't be trusted if you say one thing and then do the opposite.
