I said I was watching Inside No 9 in the hopes of inspiring my own writing. And I DID dream an entire IN9 episode but starring women (sorry, Reece and Steve)... but... the twist is actually really dark, and on a topic I'm not sure I'm the right writer to tackle...

Benoit Blanc is the new Indiana Jones.
First: Classic.
Second: ....Okay maybe a misstep but fun, and people like it.
Third one: Locked in. Character firmly established, fantastic story, could outshadow the first.
Hopefully Benny's fourth outing will be better than Indy's.

Actors can be nuts, man. A dude (André Tchaikowsky) left his skull to the Royal Shakespeare Company to play Yorick in future productions. No one felt comfortable doing it until David Tennant played Hamlet.

I was watching a Drew Carey episode this morning and spotted an uncredited pre-Always Sunny Kaitlin Olson in the background. I checked IMDB and discovered that she gets upgraded to a recurring character two episodes later.

My official Blanc ranking. I think KO flowed the best, and WUDM gave us a better feel for him as a character. GO felt like they leaned way too far into the comedy/slapstick of the series instead of just letting the humor happen. Also ZERO Gothic elements.

My official Blanc ranking. I think KO flowed the best, and WUDM gave us a better feel for him as a character. GO felt like they leaned way too far into the comedy/slapstick of the series instead of just letting the humor happen. Also ZERO Gothic elements.

It feels... I don't know, disingenuous? To complain about being alone/lonely for the whole Thanks/birthday/mas stretch when I COULD absolutely do stuff with my mom, my brother, my aunt and cousins.
But also I've met those people, and honestly being alone/lonely is a better bad situation.

You guys remember when Zack Snyder made two absolute disasters for Neflix called Rebel Moon, and then made an animated series that Netflix LITERALLY just canceled? Well, the Snyder bros are convinced we're on the precipe of Netflix announcing they just bought/will revive the SnyderVerse DCU.
