Today's Senate schedule includes a hearing to "examine the weaponization of the "Quiet Skies Program"," a defunct effort to monitor those with close ties to known terrorists by... placing Marshals on flights with them.

Tulsi Gabbard ended up on the list before they ended the program.

But if you make that point, you open yourself up to restricting guns to the one demographic most responsible for mass shootings: White men.

The problem is clear and specific.

It's not just the guns.
It's white men with guns.

The single best anti-gun control point is that women have virtually the same unfettered access to guns as men, and yet we don't go out and mass shoot people (4 times in 45 years of mass shooting data).

AP and the rest of American media won't make this distinction, but 66,000 is the number of bodies recovered, not the number of dead.

The latter is estimated to be anywhere from 200,000 to as high as 500,000.

Trump's people created conspiracy theories like QAnon to radicalize average Americans into extremists who are killing people.

They demonize queer and liberal people by labeling them all pedophiles and terrorists....

.... when Trump himself is both a pedophile and terrorist.
