At the point I was testing the uri as s3://macjc94denw8u.mrap/rules.guard but I did run some tests with MRAP ARN. I'll try and get some time tomorrow to get some more data.

Had to install chromium to flash the device as Web Serial support is lacking in Firefox. But just all worked seamlessly after that.
