We lost Captain James Lovell this year. On this evening in 1968, he and the crew of Apollo 8 were the first humans to visit the moon.

In addition to everything else, Rob Reiner was a good citizen. Rob Reiner co-founded the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER). He used his platform to rally support and raise money for AFER’s campaign to secure marriage equality for everyone in the Supreme Court decision Obergefell v. Hodges.
