Last year I had 3.6kw of solar panels installed with 3.2kwh of batteries, costing £14k paid for over 10 years. This year I got a heat pump, costing £2k after govt grant. ChatGPT calculated it'll save me over £1k a year. The heating is cosy, steady and quiet. The Mail and Express lot don't like it.
