I'm really interested to hear devs' thoughts on this – When interviewing, do you prefer Live Coding or Take Home tests?

The photo wall of healthy grown-up kids was so encouraging! Mine were in there for two months so I sent them a birthday pic for years and did some fundraising. The experience makes you appreciate how incredible the NHS is.

I’m always intrigued by the nature/nuture thing here - I have twins like this raised in exactly the same environment. Upbringing accounts for something but so much of this stuff is hardwired into you.

Working on tokenised design systems I got to a point where it was quicker to spec out components in text. Making your design specs machine-readable means you can query them. I've recently started to annotate accessibility semantics like this. @nathanacurtis.bsky.social is ahead of the game as usual!
