Hi, I'm Manuel, a front-end dev, consultant, and accessibility auditor from Austria.

In Graz they tested a “deposit ring” on a public trash can at the main train station. People can leave recyclable cans and bottles there for others to take and cash in. It was a great success and will be added on 30 more trash cans throughout the city!

I'm in Dordrecht for @fronteers.bsky.social Dark Mode conf tomorrow, and they left a little gift pack of speaker goodies in my hotel room including this, and I think it's absolutely delightful. ❤️

It works if you change the initial-value of --scroll-progress to 1. I know that's not the solution but maybe it helps narrowing it down.

Everyone around seems to have automated a lot of their development. Now I'm wondering, front-end devs, are you using AI for development? Stuff like Copilot, Cursor, etc. Are you happy with the HTML and CSS it creates?
