Great insight from @nuffieldtrust.bsky.social on #dementia. This disease is not one thing and good care can look very different for mild to complex stages.
The social care system needs to change in order to better support people with #dementia.

Read our report which explores how the system works currently and what the current challenges are with providing good care: https://buff.ly/414hW2P

These 100 women cyclists are also heroines in their own right. As a female cyclist I am heartened to see so many smiling girls and women cyclists on the roads, big change from 10 years ago.
♀️ Happy #100WomenInCycling 2024 Day! Today, we celebrate 100 incredible women—adventurers, advocates, mentors, and more—breaking barriers and spreading the joy of cycling.

Beautiful article with women honouring women through writing. My two personal favourites are Arundhati Roy by Naomi Klein, and Fei-Fei Li by Melinda French Gates. Superstars!
