Main changes are some big bug fixes with users appearing offline (the app will force you to relogin after updated) and faster initial app and map loading to make it a smoother experience. Some new features as well like quick zoom out, delete group history & tapping avatars to view profiles.

Hi RJ! Forgive us for this late response, we somehow missed this.

Can you DM us your username so we can investigate further?

Wonderful! Very glad you're giving us a second chance! Let us know how you like it, if there's any features you wish to see in the future and if you run into any issues (though fingers crossed, there will be no more issues🤞)

If you still run into the issue of username error after trying again today, please let us know and we will immediately troubleshoot further!

Hello! Thank you so much for giving the app a try and we're so sorry you ran into this issue. We had a server side issue that caused the app to be down for approx 2 days, but it is back up and running now with system alerts in place as of 10:35AM EST. It should work if you go ahead and try now!

True. "Use our products w/o knowing fully what data is collected otherwise you can't use our product" isn't a great approach. It will say a lot about Bambu whether or not they make they make their data collection transparent so users can actually practice informed consent, it's the bare minimum.

Their proprietary software also lacks the transparency of open-source alternatives, users have no way to audit what data bambu collects & how it’s used. That coupled with NY proposing a bill to require background checks for 3d printer purchase, it all starts to smell like privacy infringement (2/2)

the new update will force users to rely on their proprietary software. Which raises concerns about potential cloud reliance (print data, settings, and usage patterns could be sent to BambuLab servers, possibly without clear consent or user control). (1/2)
