I moved a lot of money (for me) out of the (S&P 500) fund today and into bonds. I think the bubble is going to pop and I'm too old to risk it.

That takes you to this hot mess. BNA = Nashville, TN. ZME is the "Center" -- a big facility that controls all the airspace over BNA. You don't need to know anything about it except it exists. Aircraft at 35,000 ft. need ATC too.

Okay. The title says National Airspace System Status. You're looking at the "Advisories". BNA = Nashville, TN. There is a "Ground Delay" averaging 126 minutes (2+ hrs) for flights trying to take off at other places and land at BNA. The reason? "other". Follow the arrow. Click on the "Advisory"

"ATC ZERO" mean no ATC. The Tower (or other facility) is not providing any air traffic control services. It's a term usually used when there is a physical problem. (The building is on fire, the radios quit working, a power failure, whatever.) But it works for no staffing too.
