Another example: I just got an email from my child’s choir, telling us what to do if we see ICE outside the building or if we are delayed due to ICE actions. They also specified that, at the practice spaces they rent from a local college, they will post signs saying ICE can’t enter w/o warrants

What they’re describing is protected first amendment activity. The first amendment protects us, as the press and as people.

He doesn't *need* to declare martial law if he can just send a bunch of people there and say "do whatever the fuck you want lol"
I think folks holding on to "he needs a reason" are missing the fact that even assuming he's gonna go through the formalities is giving him too much credit.
