Not my best picture, but holy crap was this good. Grilled asparagus, burrata, crispy shallot-garlic-pine nut in oil with honey and red pepper flakes, and parsley and mint on top. 10 out of 10

Incredible language exhibit in Victoria. People ask me all the time “why learn Gaeilge? No one speaks it anymore, you don’t get anything from it.” The loss of language is a loss of identity and culture. You shouldn’t feel you need to monetize something for it to be a viable use of time.
