It would almost pass as a mistake if this wasn’t apparently the loading screen.
I get why she didn’t want to use a modern military uniform since those gave up a lot of their decorative elements but she could have very easily used something that was based on older uniforms that didn’t carry the

And here's a scene from a project which did get finished and won an award at Animates (animation festival in Romania) this year: Inter-Regio
I'm gonna release the whole animation soon but I'll still need to work on translating the text to English and recording some sound for it

This remains 90 percent finished but the original files were lost after the hard drive they were on died
