-my life, they are family, and I feel immense gratitude that I’ve been born into this environment where I get to have many things and not have too many problems while growing up. I want to show them my future kids, I want to show them my partner and get their approval. I want them to be proud of me.

-same gender. I don’t hate gay people, just that because of the people and the family around me, I can’t do that. I feel immense guilt when thinking of thoughts like, “How would I live my life with this person, oh I’ll have to wait till my family dies and I’m on my own again”. I can’t cut them out
