Good point. Díaz was horrendous then, but eventually he got it together -- and even returned good as new in '24 after being out a year after tearing his ACL. I want him back.

Don't forget A.J. Minter. He was lights out before he got hurt and was top-notch for years with Atlanta before that.

I don't see this as Stearns pushing away Díaz. If he re-signs him, I kinda like the idea of Minter and Williams setting Díaz up. Could Williams possibly be any worse in the role than Helsley or Rogers?

Unfortunately, Straw appears to have self-medicated for his trauma with alcohol, weed, and illegal drugs before his eventual spiritual transformation. He's also a colon cancer survivor. He's had a very tough life. I'm privileged to have loving parents and to have had a safe and nurturing household.🙏🏿

Giving in? I dunno how I'd react if I had a horrible father as Darryl did, who physically and emotionally abused my mother, me and my siblings. Unfortunately, Darryl carried some of that abuse out on his first wife.
