I am disgusted by Reform UK's threats to people who have built a life in this country.

They are coming for our neighbours. They are coming for our colleagues. They are coming for our friends.

We are at a dangerous moment. This hatred cannot be appeased. It must be defeated.

Private shareholders made dividends of £3.6 billion from owning our trains in the last decade. Yet the government is leaving our trains fully privately owned. Sign We Own It's petition to demand they take our trains into public ownership:

The government is taking railway operators into public ownership, but the trains themselves will remain in private hands. The government must take our trains into public ownership.

I am disgusted by the government’s relentless demonisation of disabled people.

All so they can protect the wealthiest from paying their fair share.

Instead of targeting the most vulnerable, let’s “crack down” on corporations and billionaires evading tax instead.

This will not work. Parroting the far-right only strengthens the far-right. They set the agenda. They win the ideological battle. In the end, voters prefer the original to the copy. That's the story across Europe.

They don't understand the biodiversity emergency either. Where do you start? How do you teach ecology to such ignorance? Took decades to get protection for vulnerable species like bats and newts - she has reversed public understanding in voicing her ignorance

Disastrous decision on Heathrow.

They're essentially saying “fly, baby, fly” to the developers who don’t give a fig about the climate emergency.

The world is literally on fire and the arsonists are giving speeches.

Now look, over 48 breaches of industry codes.

This Wes, is why we follow evidence and process, not money and rhetoric.

The government has actively facilitated genocide in Gaza, including through its continued arms sales to the Israeli military.

Today in Parliament, I reintroduced my Bill to suspend all arms sales to Israel & hold the government accountable for its role in enabling such horrors.
