Watching some South Park episodes with my 13yo. I created a list of which ones to watch based on various internet threads/articles. Somehow managed to watch one that described a bunch of ridiculous porn acts last night. Oops.

No WiFi since 8pm and the service outage page is suggesting it will be fixed at 16:12 tomorrow. WTF?! (Mobile signal is patchy, works maybe 5% of the time.)

First dental hygienist appointment in years this morning & she recommended one type of floss as the only one that would fit between my tight teeth (I water floss due to lack of options). Went online to buy it & all the reviews from the last few months are talking about how awful the new version is.

I'm feeling hard done by because I've had to cancel my (watching) darts plans for tonight because I'm not well enough. As a freelancer, that was probably my main xmas social and I don't often do weekends away from the family. I've had this cold for at least 12 days. Why am I still ill?!

I've just tried the Violife fake Feta and it's nothing like Feta in flavour or texture. It's like a more solid mild Philadelphia cheese. Is there a proper fake Feta I can try to satisfy my cravings?

Has anyone been through the digital phone switchover yet? My elderly, non-techy mum had BT round yesterday and they left before it was working & the instructions they gave her aren't working. I don't know how to advise her (not in person) as I've not done it.

So I've now seen the live action Moana trailer. It's hard to see the live action but through all the CGI. It looks 95% still animated. It was pointless to remake anyway, but do they not think kids can tell the difference between something that looks realistic and something that's clearly CGI?

You know the phrase about doing the same thing over & over and expecting a different result? That's me with my new phone screen protector. I keep jabbing at Xs on ads, buttons on apps or swiping in all directions, hoping my phone will realise I've done something.

Googling how to write faster as my son's handwriting is illegible & it's partly because he doesn't have enough time to write neatly. ALL the results are about writing books etc, eg 'don't look at the screen when you type'. Very helpful. Well done, internet.

Early September, I looked for somewhere streaming South Park in the UK & the answer was nowhere. I've just noticed it's currently available on NowTV, but only for another 11 days. Did they only pay to show it for a month?! They've got 21 series on there! Although I did notice a few eps are missing.

Horrendous weather outside. I've decided no one's going to be trick-or-treating tonight so I won't bother decorating or buying the extra sweets I thought I needed to get. Stoopid weather.
