Following President Donald Trump’s executive order threatening federal funding for schools that allow trans girls on girls’ teams, the NCAA reversed a policy allowing trans women to compete in women’s sports.

This would also be illegal.

Trump cannot criminalize conduct via executive order, and he certainly can't reinterpret state criminal law. This is intended most of all to terrify people.

If you are a teacher, consult an attorney for the laws in your state. But don't comply in advance.
1. Getting word that we have another anti-trans EO tonight, this time targeting teachers.

It directs the federal government to work with state AGs to put teachers who use trans kids pronouns in jail through "sexual exploitation" laws or "practicing medicine without a license."
