Whistling is not a well-bred accomplishment in either a man or a woman. But there are rare cases of remarkable power, sweetness & delicacy in whistling & in such exceptional examples of skill & natural gift, the vulgarity of the accomplishment is excused. Perhaps you may be one of these exceptions.
