This reminds me of when I first saw Alien: Covenant and immediately called the first little guy "the penis fetus"

I was it was called the neomorph, but just like Baby Yoda syndrome, they should have said it in the film. This will forever be the penis fetus in my memory

Seeing the ST fans activate and follow the Zack Snyder fan playbook is so gratifying. With all this backlash and how reactionary Disney is, either they get their film, or Bob Iger steps down.

*that said, I do think the film as proposed seems dope as hell and would genuinely love to see it done

This revealing outfit draws attention to his muscular arms and thighs, though he is still missing his oversized blades that he normally wears on his gauntlets. In this last part of the panel and comic, Urai says "Tyber, was the disguise really a necessary part of the plan?" Tyber, in his typically flippant tone, responds "Come on, Urai, it was fun. Bribing is fine, but it gets repetitive after a while. Now let's go find our precious cargo." While this is typical of each character's personality in their original game, Empire at War: Forces of Corruption, their dialogue also speaks to the gameplay, where it is ridiculously easy for Tyber's faction to earn credits and bribe every non-hero unit they encounter.

He's not the only one. As soon as I found out how I could get the poncho back, I went out of my way to fight the spawn of oggdo.
Cal Kestis, the protagonist of the video game Jedi: Fallen Order, sitting at a gray dinner table, looking off to the side as he's brooding over something. Been playing Aliens Dark Descent recently. It's basically XCOM, except I can't make my femboy marines, tomboy tactical unit, battle himbos, MILF majors, DILF division, and so on like I'm used to doing.

That said, the gameplay loop is a lot more fun since my troops can actually shoot for once!

Yeah, this isn't an exhaustive list of the Alien and AVP video games, but after finishing Alien Earth... I'm sad to say that I want to like it and it has good ideas and moments, but I don't care for the whole.... especially knowing that Alien Awakening *could* have happened were it not for this show

In S tier are the three directed by Ridley Scott: Alien, Prometheus, and Alien: Covenant. A and B tier only include Aliens and then AVP respectively. In C tier are Alien 3, Alien Resurrection, and Alien: Earth. In D tier, we see Alien Romulus and AVP Requiem. The final tier, labeled "Not yet," only includes Alien: Isolation.

This book acts like an in-universe history book written by Beaumont Kin, a character who survived the Battle of Exogol and is "currently" excavating the Sith Temple there while trying to piece together the hows and whys of the events of the Star Wars universe. A picture of the cover of the book "Star Wars - Reign of the Empire - The Mask of Fear" written by Alexander Freed. This book is set during the aftermath of Revenge of the Sith and the formal declaration of the Galactic Empire. It features Mon Mothma, Bail Organa, and Saw Gerrera all fighting the Imperial War Machine through their own strategies of subterfuge, while grieving friends and family they've lost to the Clone Wars/Empire. It's a very dramatic read, and certainly focused on appealing to fans of the Andor TV show. A picture of the cover from the book "The 48 Laws of Power" written by Robert Greene. This book apparently tries to distill lessons from powerful and cunning people throughout history into digestible and vaguely actionable strategies to obtain social/political power in your own life. It's entertaining, but seeing as how so many laws contradict each other and are written vaguely, I doubt its actually useful or applicable. I mainly like the bite-sized glimpses into dramatic moments across history. A picture of the cover of the book "Algospeak - How Social Media Is Transforming the Future of Language" by Adam Aleksic (aka etymologynerd across various social media platforms). I've only just started reading it, so I can't give a decent summary beyond Aleksic's own tagline "how social media is transforming the future of language." However, I can definitely recommend it to anyone who is curious about how language evolves over time, or is concerned about how social media has changed the way we communicate to one another both on and offline.

pictured here is the incandescent underwater city, Otoh Gunga, from Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. The dark deep blue of the sea is brilliantly contrasted by the large glowing bubbles that make up various buildings and districts of this underwater spectacle. Simply put, I posted this image because I love the gungan aesthetics shown in the star wars prequels and clone wars. Also my profile picture is a gizka, a frog-like creature from the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic games. Gungans clearly seem to be based on amphibians (with dinosaur like characteristics) so it seemed like a cute visual pun to make as well.

wow, for a split second, I thought this was concept art for Phantom Menace onboard the Droid Control Ship because of the lighting and colors! Doug Chiang was just *that* good at emulating Ralph McQuarrie's original style.

Scene from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Yoda and the Emperor are dueling in the Senate Chamber. The Emperor is using the force to throw senate pods at Yoda, who barely manages to dodge them. It seems to be a visual metaphor for how the Emperor used the political apparatus of democracy and turned it against the jedi throughout the prequel films.

Juhani! I'm not sure if she was the first lesbian in Star Wars, but certainly the first I was exposed to!

I'll be hard pressed to find a queer person in the Confederacy, but Ferus Olin was a foil and rival to Anakin: smarter, kinder, prettier, and gayer. He even got to have a secret honeymoon and wedding on Naboo! He eventually dies of course, but he was described as the perfect jedi.
Ferus Olin, styled with a nineties boyband center part hairstyle, handsome face, and gaunt jawline. He is wearing a black outfit that evokes Luke Skywalker's ROTJ outfit, albeit with a small metallic breastplate, red-lined trimmings, and a metallic left shoulder pauldron. I have so many beloved characters for each category. Going Luke and Palpatine is just too basic though, Cal and Trilla were so 2019, Cassian/Mon vs Dedra/Partagaz are also impossible to choose, and Urai and Tyber are too predictable for me, so I gotta go with Kleya and Kreia~
