It's an Agathaumas - definitely inspired by Lawson Wood's depiction of the animal. Basically a chimeric mix of various fragmentary fossils that was seen as its own animal for a while - it pops up in a lot of paleo media from this time period.

And the thing is, EVERYBODY in the community is aware of this to some extent. Just about everybody I've talked to in the paleoart community has an RJ Story. From doxxing to talking about his lactation kink in VCs to servers full of minors, you could write a book about it all.
