I originally found this last year, but I'm gonna post it every year because it's rad as hell- an 1890s illustrator apparently misunderstanding descriptions of the bipedal dinosaur Laelaps being Kangaroo-like as meaning it was completely mammalian, and making an awesome spec evo monster. #paleoart

i think it's good actually that a videogame prominently featuring AI voice acting is finding success while my VA friends haven't found steady work in years and have their rates forcibly ground into dust over the few reliable gigs left

As posted earlier, both Hannes Bok and CM Kornbluth were born on this day (2nd) - so fittingly, here's some of Bok's illustrations to Kornbluth tales. 1st for "Crisis"; 2-4 for "The Perfect Invasion". Both names on the magazine cover are Kornbluth pseudonyms: 'Cecil Corwin' was used for "Crisis" too
