Not for me Clive - I'd be going down a fairly short list in order, 1) Gerrard 2) Muscat 3) McInnes - If you don't get any of those then you're back into taking a punt territory so maybe Robinson or O'Neill are decent shouts at that point

Would take De Zerbi but again not a hope you're getting him - He's already operating on a level well above Scotland and Rangers - Maybe if it goes tits up for him at Marseille in the next 12-18 months and we're back in the market sooner than expected

Fair enough, good suggestions which I've seen elsewhere. I don't think Robinson has the gravitas or the presence to turn things around at the moment. Might have been a better option in the Summer - O'Neill gives major Russel Martin vibes so would be a no from me

Top priority for this appointment has to be someone who can unite the fan base, give everyone a lift and get us back on track - I don’t think there’s a better fit - Especially when you factor in club culture and history etc

We had backed him heavily to get to 55, and I think the club further backed him by not selling either of Kent or Morelos when both were at peak value, to reinvest. We might have strengthened using the CL money - except that we qualified a winnable qualifier tie vs Malmo.
