The focal mechanism just came out (GFZ) shows a strike-slip style, the nearby Baluran Fault north of the epicenter is mapped NE–SW, there might be some complexity, it can be unmapped structure at play, i'lll keep following as more data & local reports come in.

Those are food seller stalls along a paved road, the road itself was carved into metamorphic basement rocks, pretty nice drive!
