summer of 2021 i was obsessed with this album and listened to it constantly. once that time passed i almost couldn’t return to it because it was so intensely of that time it didn’t make sense to me anymore. now I’m coming back to it and i think it’s one of the greatest psychedelic albums of all time

on race days it’s good to get up in the crows nest (roof deck) and take some observations. clear with winds 7kt from the northeast, slacking towards sunset. typical patapsco conditions for late summer.

i did the slide setup on this partscaster tele and the strings i got were so heavy the low e could barely wrap around the tuner. i took it off and then learned that keith richards plays 5 strings in open G (no low string) so i left it off
